Getting to Your Memories

To find and edit a Memory you've already saved, start by navigating to the Memories section of your Paige account.

  1. Log in to your Paige account at app.go-paige.com.
  2. From the top navigation, click Memories. This will bring you to your Memories timeline, where all of your saved Memories are displayed.

If you landed on the Create Memory form instead of your list, look for the ← Memories breadcrumb near the top of the page to navigate back to your timeline.

Finding the Memory You Want to Edit

Once you're on your Memories timeline, look through your list to find the Memory you'd like to update. Each entry will show the Memory title and the memory type you selected when you created it.

When you find it, click the pencil (edit) icon on that Memory's card. This will open the Memory in edit mode, where all of your original fields will be pre-populated and ready to update.

Editing Your Memory

Inside the edit view, you can update any of the following fields:

  • Name your memory — the title of your Memory
  • What type of memory are you creating? — the category dropdown (e.g., Travel & Adventures, Kids & Parenting, How I'd Like to Be Remembered, and 15 other options)
  • When did this memory take place? — the date picker
  • Note/Message — the main written content of your Memory
  • Media — photos or videos attached to the Memory

You can use the Note/Message field not just to describe what happened, but to capture how it felt — the small details that tend to fade over time are often the ones that matter most to the people you're sharing with.

Updating the Written Content

Click anywhere inside the Note/Message text area to make changes. You can add to what's already there, rewrite sections, or clear it out entirely and start fresh.

Replacing or Adding Media

To update the photo or video attached to your Memory, go to the media upload area and either drag a new file into the upload zone or click Browse Files to select one from your device.

Check that your media file is ready to upload before you save. Very large files or unsupported formats may not upload as expected.

Updating the Sharing Settings

If you'd like to change who this Memory is shared with, or adjust when it will be delivered, click Select contacts and schedule. The sharing modal will open, where you can:

  • Choose or update the contacts this Memory is shared with
  • Adjust the send timing — options can include Immediately, Later, Delegates can trigger, or After-death/in case of emergency

If your Memory has already been sent to a contact (for example, if it was set to Immediately), changing the contacts or timing here will only affect future delivery — it won't unsend anything that has already been received.

Saving Your Changes

When you're happy with your edits, click Save Memory at the bottom of the form. You'll see a green confirmation banner appear at the top of the page letting you know your changes have been saved successfully.

If you change your mind and don't want to save, click Cancel and your Memory will remain as it was before you opened the edit view.

Common Questions

"Can I change the memory type after I've already saved it?"

Yes — you can update the What type of memory are you creating? dropdown at any time when editing. Keep in mind that if you use the Guided Prompts feature after changing the type, the prompts will refresh to match the new category. Any content you've already written in the Notes field will remain untouched.

"What if I want to delete a Memory instead of editing it?"

If you'd prefer to remove a Memory entirely rather than update it, look for the trash/delete icon on the Memory's card in your timeline. Deletion is permanent, so it can be worth considering whether an edit might serve you better — memories, after all, tend to be worth keeping.

"Can I share a Memory with someone new after it's been saved?"

Absolutely. Open the Memory in edit mode, click Select contacts and schedule, and add any new contacts you'd like to include. Save your changes when you're done.
