Common Questions

Step 1: Start Your Free Trial

Head to go-paige.com and click Get Started. You'll be brought to the registration page where your free trial begins.

Paige offers one membership plan that includes all of our planning tools. You'll start with a free trial, and your card won't be charged until that period ends. You'll enter payment details later in the process, and we'll walk you through that part too.

Step 2: Create Your Login Credentials

On the account creation screen, you'll set up the email address and password you'll use to sign in every time.

  1. Enter your email address in the email field.
  2. Create a password and confirm it in the second field.
  3. Click Continue to move to the next step.

Choose your email address carefully. The email you use here becomes your Paige login. For security purposes, changing it later requires our customer service team. It's worth taking a moment to use an address you check regularly and plan to keep long-term.

Step 3: Set Up Two-Factor Authentication

After setting your credentials, Paige will prompt you to set up two-factor authentication (2FA). This adds an extra layer of security to your account, something that matters when you're storing sensitive personal and estate planning information.

  1. When prompted, enter your phone number.
  2. You'll receive a verification code via text message.
  3. Enter that code in the field provided to confirm your number.

Why does this matter? Two-factor authentication can be thought of as a second lock on your front door. Even if someone knew your password, they still couldn't get in without access to your phone. It's a simple step that goes a long way in protecting what you're building here.

Step 4: Tell Us a Bit About Yourself

Next, you'll move through two quick screens that help Paige get to know you a little. This helps personalize your experience from the start.

Your Name

First, you'll be asked for your first and last name. This is how Paige will address you throughout the app.

Your Roles

On the next screen (Step 2 of 3 in the sign-up flow), you'll see the question: "Which roles best describe you?"

Select all that apply from options like:

  • Parent, Daughter, Son
  • Spouse, Sibling, Aunt or Uncle, Cousin
  • Business Owner
  • Friend
  • Caregiver, Legal Guardian

You can select more than one. Paige uses your selections to help shape a plan that makes sense for your life, and get you thinking about the people you care for, the responsibilities you carry, and the legacy you want to leave.

There's no wrong answer here. Select whatever feels true to where you are right now. You can always update your information later from your account settings.

Step 5: Enter Your Payment Information

Near the end of the sign-up flow, you'll be asked to enter a credit card. This is how Paige renews your membership when your free trial period ends.

  1. Enter your card number, expiration date, and CVV.
  2. Confirm your billing address if prompted.
  3. Click Submit or Start My Trial to complete your account setup.

Your card won't be charged today. Entering your payment information now simply ensures your plan continues seamlessly after the trial. You can explore Paige fully before any charge applies.

Paige membership renews at the monthly rate listed on the payment screen after the free trial period ends. If you decide to add a will down the road, that's a separate one-time purchase and won't affect your monthly billing.

You're In — What Happens Next

Once you complete these steps, you'll land on your Paige dashboard. From here, you'll see a brief guided tour that introduces each feature including your will, documents, contacts, passwords, messages, and memories.

There's no pressure to do everything at once. Paige is designed to let you build your plan at your own pace, one step at a time.

Account created! If you ever need to revisit your account settings, update your profile, or check your billing details, you can find all of that under the account menu in the top right corner of the screen.

Common Questions

"I didn't receive my two-factor authentication code — what do I do?"

If your verification code doesn't arrive within a minute or two, try the following:

  • Check that you entered your phone number correctly — it's easy to transpose a digit
  • Make sure your phone has signal or is connected to Wi-Fi
  • Tap the option to resend the code if one appears on screen
  • If you're still not receiving it, reach out to our support team at help@go-paige.com or use the live chat bubble in the bottom right corner of the page
"What if I made a mistake entering my email address?"

If you haven't yet completed your account creation, go back and correct it before finishing. If you've already created your account and realized the email is wrong, reach out to help@go-paige.com — our team can help guide you through your options. Keep in mind that email changes are not self-serve at this time, so it's worth catching early.

"Can I sign up without entering a credit card?"

At this time, a credit card is required to begin your free trial. It won't be charged until the trial period ends, and you can cancel before then if you decide Paige isn't the right fit.
