Common Questions
How to Access and Edit Your Will
- Log in to your Paige account at app.go-paige.com and go to your Dashboard.
- Locate the Will tile — you'll see two options: Update your will → and Download your will.
- Click Update your will. This takes you back into the will builder, where your previously saved answers will already be filled in.
- Navigate through the steps to find the section you'd like to change, things like your executor, beneficiary, guardians, or specific gifts.
- Make your updates, then continue through to the end of the builder to save and regenerate your will.
- On the finalization screen, a best practice is to download the updated PDF, re-share it with your contacts if needed, and review the print, sign, and notarize instructions for your state.
Once you complete the builder, your updated will PDF is automatically saved to your Documents section under Finance & Tax > Last Will and Testament — named with your name and the new date.
Common Questions
"Do I need to re-sign and notarize my will after making changes?"
A best practice is to treat any updated will the same way you did the original — print it, sign it, and get it notarized. An unsigned or unnotarized will is generally not considered legally valid. Paige will remind you of these steps at the end of the builder.
"Will my old will be replaced when I update it?"
When you complete an update, a new PDF is generated and saved to your Documents with the current date in the filename. You should keep track of which version is your most current and to make sure anyone you've shared it with has the latest copy.
"Can I re-share my updated will with my contacts?"
Yes. During the finalization steps, you'll have the option to share your updated will directly with contacts you've already added in Paige.
