Getting to Your Billing Settings

Your payment information lives in the same place you manage everything else about your account — your My Account page. Here's how to get there:

  1. Log in to your Paige account at app.go-paige.com.
  2. Click the initials avatar in the top-right corner of any page (it shows your initials, like John Smith would be "JS").
  3. Select My Account from the dropdown menu.
  4. Scroll down to the Membership & Wills section.
  5. Click the Account and Billing button.

Updating Your Card in the Billing Portal

Clicking Account and Billing will take you to your personal billing portal. From there, you can:

  • Add a new credit or debit card
  • Remove an existing card
  • Set a different card as your default payment method
  • View your billing history

Simply follow the on-screen prompts to make your changes. Once you've saved your new payment information, you're all set. Your next renewal will use the updated card automatically.

A Few Things Worth Knowing

Your billing portal is managed by Stripe, a secure payment platform used by millions of businesses worldwide. Paige never stores your full card details directly. Stripe handles that on our behalf, with industry-leading encryption.

If your card is declined or expires before your renewal date, your membership may pause. Paige will store your info securely until payment is restarted, but you will not be able to add to your plan or view your uploaded information. Keeping your payment information up to date is a good way to make sure your plan stays accessible without interruption.

Common Questions

"What if I want to cancel my membership instead?"

If you'd like to cancel rather than update your payment method, the billing portal gives you that option too. You'll see a "Manage payment methods or cancel" option on the My Account page, just below the Account and Billing button. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
