How to View a Document That's Been Shared with You
If someone has shared a document with you through Paige, it's easy to find. Everything lives in one dedicated spot on Paige so nothing gets lost in your inbox or buried in a folder. Here's how to get to it.

Finding Your Shared Documents
Documents can be shared with you by a Paige member who has added you as a trusted contact or delegate. Once shared, you'll find everything waiting for you in the Shared with Me tab.
- Sign in to your Paige account at app.go-paige.com.
- In the top navigation bar, click Documents.
- Once you're on the Documents page, look for the three tabs near the top of the screen: By Category, All Files, and Shared with Me.
- Click Shared with Me.
- Any documents that have been shared with you will appear here.
What You'll See
The Shared with Me tab can be thought of as your personal info center — a place where important documents have been made available to you, securely and intentionally, by someone who trusts you. You'll only see documents that have been explicitly shared with you; nothing else is visible.
Access here is read-only, which means you can view documents but won't be able to edit or delete them. That's by design to keep everything safe and intact.
Don't See Anything Yet?
If the tab appears empty, a few things are worth checking:
- The person sharing with you may not have completed their document upload yet.
- You may have been added as a contact but not yet assigned as a delegate — sharing typically requires that step.
- If you believe something should be there and isn't, it's a good idea to reach out to the person who intended to share with you, or contact Paige support at help@go-paige.com
If you're expecting access after a passing has been reported, please know that full account access for delegates follows a verification process. If that process is still underway, documents may not yet be visible.
Common Questions
"What is a delegate, and how is that different from a regular contact?"
A delegate is a trusted individual that a Paige member has chosen to give access to their account information — things like documents, passwords, and messages — either immediately or at a future time (such as after a passing). Being a regular contact means you're in someone's address book, but it doesn't automatically mean documents have been shared with you. If you're unsure of your role, the person who added you can clarify.
