Changing Your Account Email or Deleting Your Account

Because your Paige account holds sensitive information — your will, important documents, passwords, and messages for loved ones — we don't let members change their account email or delete their account directly within the app. Instead, a best practice is to submit a quick request through our Paige User Change Form, and our team will verify the request and take care of it for you.

Handling these requests manually is an extra step, but it's an important safeguard — a best practice is to think of it as one more layer of protection around the information you've entrusted to Paige.

Changing the Email on Your Account

If you've switched email addresses, or you originally signed up with an inbox you no longer use, you can request an update through the Paige User Change Form.

  1. Open the Paige User Change Form.
  2. Under Your Email, enter the best email address for us to reach you about this request (this can be your new email, or another address where you can be reached).
  3. Under Paige User Email, enter your name and the email address currently on your Paige account.
  4. Under What would you like us to do?, select Change Email Address.
  5. Click Submit.

What Happens After You Submit an Email Change Request

Once you submit the form, a member of our support team will verify the request is coming from you before updating your account. This helps make sure no one else can redirect access to your sensitive information.

Once your email has been updated, you'll receive a confirmation, and you'll use your new email to log in going forward.

Deleting Your Account

If you'd like to close your Paige account entirely, that request goes through the same form.

  1. Open the Paige User Change Form.
  2. Under Your Email, enter the email address you'd like us to use to reach you about this request.
  3. Under Paige User Email, enter your name and the email address on the account you'd like deleted.
  4. Under What would you like us to do?, select Delete Account.
  5. Click Submit.

Deleting your account is permanent. It removes your will, stored documents, passwords, and any messages or memories you've saved. A best practice is to make sure you've saved copies of anything important before submitting this request — once it's complete, we won't be able to recover your information.
