Updating Your Profile

Your profile is home base. It's where Paige keeps your personal details, contact information, and account information all in one place. Keeping it up to date is a good habit, especially since some of this information can carry into other parts of your plan, like your will.

Whether you just signed up or you're returning to fill in a few more details, here's how to find your profile and make changes.

Getting to Your Account Page

No matter where you are in Paige, your account is always one click away.

  1. Look for your initials in the top-right corner of any page — that's your avatar.
  2. Click your initials to open a dropdown menu.
  3. Select My Account from the menu.

You'll land on your My Account page, where your profile information lives.

Your My Account page is also where you can view your membership details and find contact information for our support team. It's worth bookmarking if you're just getting started.

What You Can Edit

Your profile is organized into a few sections. Here's a quick look at what lives where:

Updating Your Name
  1. On your My Account page, locate the profile card at the top. It shows your name and email.
  2. Click the pencil icon in the top-right corner of that card.
  3. Make your changes.
  4. Click Save when you're done.



Updating Your Email

Owing to the sensitive nature of the information Paige users store on their accounts, to implement an email change requires a user to fill out the Paige User Change Form. Once filled and submitted our team will make the necessary adjustments for you.

Updating Personal or Contact Details

The process is the same for your Personal Info and Contact Info cards:

  1. Find the card you'd like to update — Personal Info (birthday, gender, number of children) or Contact Info (phone, address).
  2. Click the pencil icon on that card.
  3. Update the fields you'd like to change.
  4. Click Save.

Not every field is required. Fill in what you can and come back to update things over time. Paige is designed to grow with you.

Common Questions

"Can I change my password from my profile page?"

At this time, password changes are handled through the login page. If you need to reset your password, click the Forgot your password? link on the sign-in screen and follow the prompts. A reset link will be sent to your email.

"Will updating my profile change anything in my will?"

No. Updating your will is a separate process. If you are making a significant update to your profile like a name change, you’ll want to update that info in your will as well. 

"What if I need to update my billing or membership plan?"

Your membership and billing details are managed in the Membership & Wills section of your My Account page. From there, you can access billing options or manage your payment method.
